Windows 11 selective efficiency mode?

I am running a managed windows 11. i use the PC for many routine processes (word, edge, chrome) but also use it for more intensive computational tasks, primarily using Rstudio/R. Is there a way to turn off efficiency mode in only those programs that i really need optimal performance?
