Windows 11 Serial key lost after motherboard replacement from insurance, can't reset the system.

Hi, so the problem is that I had encountered a problem with my laptop after I contacted my laptop manufacturer for service regarding hardware problem.After the technician replaced the motherboard of my old laptop to return it to normal functionality, the product key for Microsoft Office and Windows License key seem to also had been removed with it.I can't seem to reset the system to factory setting either, is there any advices on what I can do here?
