Windows 10 Serious problems with OneDrive, unable to contact MS support.

When I try to submit a problem to support, I get the message "you can't proxy across different primary domains". I'm experiencing 3 serious problems with OneDrive and am unable to contact MS support.The OneDrive problems are:1. I've only used 16.4GB of my 1TB allowance, but I get the message "There is not enough space on OneDrive - Personal. You need an additional 2.31GB to copy these files". 2.
