Windows 11 Service Host DCOM taking up all my cpu and makes my laptop heat up. Help?

I am currently running on win11. I dont know when for sure this started (maybe ~1 month ago?) but recently Service Host: DCOM Server Process Launcher will take up my remaining cpu. It doesn’t happen often on idle, but it will use a hefty amount of my cpu (from 50% to even 90%) when i open my browsers, antivirus, etc. I’ve tried following instructions from different forums, doing things like sfc /scannow and even changing my user on the laptop, but to no avail.Can someone please give a hand? It’s also concerning because the issue also causes my laptop to increase temps. Thank you!
