Windows 11 Set time Zone automatically Missing completely?

Hello, Community, I was reaching out because I am experiencing a very unusual issue and have done a ton of research and can't seem to find a solution to this problem. The issue I am experiencing is that the Set time zone automatically feature is missing completely from an individual's laptop. I attempted to follow these procedures. Step 1Can't set time zone automatically - Windows Client | Microsoft Learn Set Time Automatically Option Grayed Out - Microsoft Community Had no luck even trying to use the registry as there were no changes. Step 2Also, enable location setting. Step 3
