Windows 11 Set Up New Laptop with Windows 11 Bundle and Stuck in Let's Add Your Microsoft Account Page

Hello, I'm setting up a new laptop that has windows 11 bundle in it. While setting up until add microsoft account step, i left it to create new account in phone and when i went back the screen turn into Let's add your Microsoft Account page with no option to back or restart the process. I have trying to restart the laptop, but every time it'll show this exact same page. I am also trying to press multiple button combination in keyboard but it still stuck in the same page.
