Windows 10 Setting up Multi app kiosk, not able to find the "AssignedAccess" under "Runtime settings"

I am trying to setting up the multi app kiosk mode using the documentation provided by Microsoft:"Set up a multi-app kiosk (Windows 10) - Configure Windows"I am able to follow the most of the steps.but I got blocked as I am not able to find the particular option in the "Windows Configuration Designer" i.e. "AssignedAccess" under "Runtime settings".I have installed the "Windows Configuration Designer" from the Microsoft Store and followed the steps.But "AssignedAccess" option is not visible and I am kind of blocked and not able to proceed.Please do help, so th
