Windows 11 Settings app won’t open (Windows 11)

My settings app won’t open. I also can’t click on the app settings and have no option to run it as administrator. I’ve restarted my PC 3 times and had no luck. I also tried checking for and repairing corrupt files and then restarting my PC but I had no luck with that either. What else can I try to fix this?
