Windows 11 Settings crash when attempting to add/remove language to/from keyboard list

Hello.I have a problem with my settings app. Every time I try to add a language or remove one from my keyboard list, the settings app freezes and subsequently crashes. I am aware that in the past I have downloaded a custom keyboard layout from outside of windows, and it could be the cause of my problem. I've tried to find it and remove it, but I had not been successful with that matter.I use an ASUS Zenbook, windows 11 10.0.22621, with intel i5 processor. I cannot provide a screenshot because the settings app instantly freezes and crashes, with no error message (or anything of such sort).Any h
