Windows 10 Settings does not opening in windows 10 , what should i do ?

Settings app does not opening so tried it by opening through powershell app but still not opening the settings .It showing msg like :- start : This command cannot be run due to the error: The app didn't start. At line:1 char:1 + start ms-settings: + ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ + CategoryInfo : InvalidOperation: (:) [Start-Process], InvalidOperationException + FullyQualifiedErrorId : InvalidOperationException,Microsoft.PowerShell.Commands.StartProcessCommand
