I tried all these steps and still cannot access Privacy & Security (Windows 11) in order to access windows defender to run full system scan.https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/settings-freezes-when-i-try-opening-privacy/241faf67-b839-44b2-901e-dd66700ebc27The discussion thread above is closed, does not allow feedback, so I had to ask the question again here.
