Windows 11 Setup after reset: how go back and add/choosing keyboard also Greek in addition to English US...?

I have resetted my Windows 11 Pro Laptop PC 🖥 to give it to a relative, Well, now prompts to pick location & keyboard & language,... after choosing Cyprus/English and US English, if proceed some steps ahead, but get complete all steps, how go back and add/choosing keyboard also Greek in addition to English US...?I know can do later from settings but prefer do initially... well ...?
