Windows 10 Setup blocked by group policy | the installation of this device is forbidden by system policy

Hello! I bought a usb headphones but when I plugged it, it says "the installation of this device is forbidden by system policy" and i looked at the settings it says that the setup is blocked by group policy. How can I fix this? and also i remember when i tried to use a usb this also happened. And just a heads up my profile is the administrator so.... i don't know what's wrong. Please help me. Thanks !
