Windows 11 Setup/Uninstall (32 bit) in process in task manager

I just opened task manager and found this process which i never saw, looking in browser shows me this o4l3057fu03x7te0.tmp Setup/Uninstall (32 bit) Opening file instalation path showed me this C:\Windows\TempInst\is-KUQEO.tmp also after some time this exe file in folder is-KUQEO.tmp deleted himself, and after i rebooted my pc nothing has showed in task manager
