Windows 11 Setup

I just built my pc and turned it on for the first time. It gave me the option to hit del on my keyboard to enter setup I tried multiple times and it did not work. I had two other options one to press y and the other to press r, when I moved I accidentally pressed y and it took me to a boot setup screen and now I cannot exit back to the setup options.
