Windows 10 SFC 64-bit fails but 32-bit works on 64-bit PC

I have 2 64-bit Win10 PCs. The 32-bit version of SFC works on both of them. The 64-bit version fails on both every time with the error "Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service."I have searched all over the web, but none of the kindergarten-level remedies work (try safe mode, restart trustedinstaller, etc.)Ideas?Edition Windows 10 ProVersion 22H2Installed on ‎1/‎5/‎22OS build 19045.3693Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19053.1000.0
