Windows 11 sfc /scannow not working

Hello! Ive been facing this issue where "sfc /scannow" isnt working, whenever i try the command, i get "Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service." also, i tried DISM commands. The first "CheckHealth" didnt do anything, The second "ScanHealth" stopped at 96%, followed up by "Error: 0x8000ffff DISM failed. No operation was performed. The DISM log file can be found at ..." and i have the DISM log with me right now, what will i do next? please help me :(
