Windows 10 Shared System Memory

Hello,I updated my pc From windows 8.1 to Windows 10 (10240) because I am still running an HDD for Boot-up. One thing I noticed was that before installing the Graphics driver the System shared memory (which is half of your RAM 4gb = 2gb shared memory) is 7GB because I have 14GB of RAM. After the Installation of the GPU Driver I restarted my Windows and it Shows me only 3GB of Shared Memory, Total 4GB. Why is that so? is there any way to Fix this issue? I have used Windows 1909 and 21H2 and the Shared System Memory was 7GB, Total Available 8GB. Only reason I switched back to 10240 ver of Window
