Windows 11 Sharing public folders automatically shares ALL

So I'm running Win11 and I notice that when I turn on Public Folder Sharing, then all folders under C:\Users gets shared!Currently, under C:\Users I have two sub-folders:"MyUserAccount" (ignore the quotes)PublicIf I turn on Public Folder Sharing, both folders get shared. If I create a new folder under C:\Users, it also gets shared.Why would turning on Public Folder sharing allow all C:\Users folders and subfolders to be shared, instead of just the C:\Users\Public folder? How can I fix this?
