Windows 11 Shavian characters appearing as crossed boxes in older windows

I'm using Windows 11 with the Japanese system language, and want to display some Shavian letters on window titles and contents. However, they appear as crossed out boxes, in window titles:and in window contents:The Windows 11 Settings app can display the text just fine, using the Segoe UI Historic font:However, I've installed a third-party font that has better kerning and weight variations, called Inter Alia.I would like to set the Inter Alia font up so that displaying older Windows applications will fall back to Inter Alia if Yu Gothic UI doesn't contain the Shavian glyphs.
