Windows 10 Shift Key not working

So, my shift keys suddenly stopped working. I have checked for damage, and there was no damage. I also tried to redownload my keyboard driver, and that didn't fix the issue. Is anybody able to assist me, because I use my shift key for many things and I have to use an on-screen keyboard, but it is very annoying to use. Thank you.
