Windows 11 Shift+Restart not working, how can I get into my computer?

I have a desktop computer with windows 11 on it. The other day my PIN stopped working. I’ve used the same one for 2 years and now it doesn’t work. I also can not remember the password. I’ve tried to restart the computer while holding shift and the tower restarts but the monitor stays a black screen and nothing happens when trying the keyboard. Been locked out for days. Don’t necessarily want to lose the files I have on the computer. Any ideas?
