Windows 11 Should I be able to use interactive pdfs in Microsoft Journal?

Hi, I purchased an interactive pdf planner, but when I inserted it into Microsoft Journal none of the hyperlinks work. I was hoping this software would let me use interactive pdfs on my Surface Pro. Have I done something wrong? I would have thought this would be one of the main uses of this software.Many thanks
