Windows 11 Should I be concerned about my power supply?

I use a Acer Aspire 5 and have been experiencing some problems. For example, my computer doesn’t charge properly when I game, if I charge it at 30% and play for 6 hours it only goes up to 31%. Additionally, I am experiencing Event Power Kernel-41 errors with no blue screen when it restarts and haven’t found any issues with my drivers. Could this be a power supply problem or a charger problem?
