Windows 11 Should I uninstall windows 11 because it refuses to update and its affecting my PC? Is anyone else having this issue?

My laptop has shown that I needed to update windows 11.this is what I need to update. 2023-09 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5030310) 2023-09 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 22H2 for x64 (KB5031217)I've gotten help from 4 different people at Microsoft to help me with this issue. They found out that it will not update because of the corrupt files. They've tried to repair the corrupt files using The ISO download. I tried that 3 times and it didn't work. They recommended that I reset my computer. I've trie
