Windows 10 should my searchhost.exe and shell experience.ece be suspended? and if they are suspended what could be the reason?

Hey,So i was checking my task manager because my system was laggy in game. I wanted to see if something was off and i foud two windows processes suspended when google says they shouldnt be. can you guys tell me more about it?
