i was looking through properties of a file as it wasnt letting me extract it as it kept saying "An unexpected error is keeping you from copying the file" and in the properties security tab there was a profile with the name "account unknown (string of numbers)" what could this be and what could be causing the files not extracting/copying. i have also ran a malware test and there was nothing.
