HelloI can’t sign in to my laptop, when I turn it on it takes me to a normal sign in screen, except I don’t get an option to enter pin or password, all I see on the sign in screen is my picture and username, and the words sign inI can only click on sign in, and when I do, the computer sends me to a screen with date and time and nothing elseIf I click anywhere on that screen or hit enter, it takes me back to the previous sign in screenI tried rebooting, Safe mode, resetting the system, nothing workedI strongly suspect there is an issue with logging on my microsoft account, but since I can’t ge
