Windows 11 "Sign in" repeats endlessly, sometimes saying "you need to install an app for this task"

Today I woke up and turned on my pc, when it asked to sign in. It said it sent me an email code but didn't, then I couldn't sign in when I restarted my pc and it did send a code. I've already tried the system restore point, didn't work; same issue. I would appreciate some help. (Update) it now changed the lockscreen background to the default background, and when I click sign in it just goes back to the clock screen.
