Windows 10 Sign in screen is asking for a challenge phrase. I just changed my password and need to get back to the screen that will let me type in my password.

Sing in screen is asking for a challenge phrase. I don't have one. I just changed my password and need to get back to the screen that allows me to enter it. How do I get rid of this "challenge phrase" screen?
