Windows 10 Simple Photo Editor Apps

Everyone knows that the new "photos" editor update is **** so I'm trying to find one similar to the one I used to use. Want I want is a slider that let's you brighten all the colors at once. There used to be one slider that did all the colors. Now you have sliders that do Saturation, Tint, and Warmth. BAH. Awful! Does anyone know if there is an app that has the one color slider? I know I sound deranged but I really detest the new sliders. Saturation can be kinda okay but it's not the same. If anyone can recommend me an app (IDC if I have to buy it) please do!
