Windows 11 Since a recent update, I get an error message when opening Word or Excel. Windows 11, Office 2019.

When opening a Word or Excel file, I get an erro r message. It offers to repair it, but that then closes the file down. I'm using Windows 11 and Office Home and Student 2019.
