Windows 11 Since the install of Intel Unison, most of my files and applications have gotten attached some weird stickers/icons

Hey everyone! Hopefully, somebody can help me out with this problem: Since I installed the App Intel Unison, my Icons in Windows have gotten attached some weird stickers/second icons, similar to the attached picture. I tried to remove the app, even all the registry files via Revo Uninstaller but still the problem is persisting. Is there a solution to this? I tried to restore the Icons via the Themes options, but that also didnt help at all. Thanks for any advice and help! [moved from de-de]
