Since Windows 10 Update 1803 my Snipping Tool Stopped Working.
It runs OK but when I click "New" to take a new screenshot my screens turn grey. If I then use the mouse to select a rectangular area to snip then my screens return, but the rectangle is black. The same thing happens in other modes (but the black is the size/shape defined by the mode).
