Windows 10 "Size of text and other screen elements" settings needed

Hello Everyone. A year and half ago I got a new computer and one of the very first things I did was going to very old settings called something like "change size of text and other screen elements". It was November 2021 and I was still able to find somehow this old settings window (it looked like from Windows 98 era). I made some changes in titlebar, status bar, scroll bar, maximize buttons, etc. sizes. One program that I was using a lot back then was not property ready for 4K resolution and looked very tiny on the screen. I managed to play with those screen elements sizes until everything look
