Windows 7 Skipped Files during Backup - Windows 7

I am trying to establish why my Windows 7 machine is showing this error when performing a backup. I recently deleted a number of old backups from 2018 and now this is coming up? Can anyone advise me on what I need to do to fix this issue?Backup encountered a problem while backing up file C:\Users\yachtadmin\Contacts. Error:(The system cannot find the file specified.
