Windows 11 Slow download speed on PC, fast everywhere else

Hello!I hope you can help me. On my PC, I've been getting download speeds of anywhere between 200 kilobytes and 3 megabytes a second. It's taking me hours to install just a few gigs. In the very same room, however, my laptop and phone are downloading fine. I have ran speed tests and the laptop is going at roughly 130mbps -- much faster. I have: - Carried out a network reset- Tried to update the driver for my network adapters. I read I should look for something called ‘Broadcom’ but I don’t have Broadcom anywhere in the network adapters category. I contacted microsoft support and they attempted
