Windows 11 Slow installing windows reset

My laptop all of a sudden became really slow after gaming and I decided to reset my laptop (not cloud reset). It’s stuck on 2% installing since 1 hour ago and it took 3 hours to get at this stage. Before it was resetting and now I think it’s installing windows. Windows 11. ASUS TUF Gaming A15 FA506IU_TUF506IU AMD ryzen 7 GeForce gtx 1660 ti 16gb ram.
