Windows 10 Slow internet in Windows 10 but not in safe mode.

Hi all,Since one or two months ago, I am experiencing problems with my internet in Windows 10. If I start Windows normally and I run a speed test, the download/upload speed is no more than 1.1MBps with no reason. But if I run the same test in Safe mode with network options, the speed is good, about 90-100 MBps.I have tried the following:- Uninstall my laptop network drivers and install again.- Run the troubleshooter without find problems.- Reset my network settings.- Update Windows to the latest version.- Disable the firewall.- Uncheck the option for turn off the network adapter in energy sett
