Hello everyone,
All of the devices in my household (phones and macbooks) have a good internet connection, except for my windows computer, and that of a friend who brought his Win 10 computer today.
I had a similar problem last year and after trying numerous solutions (from rebooting both my Windows computer and router to reinstalling/updating network drivers to even resetting my computer to factory settings), turning Bluetooth off was the only thing that ended up working.
I have not used file transfer through Bluetooth on my Windows computer to avoid this issue. Less than ideal but what other option did I have?
The problem has, however, started again (after some three months). I have tried everything again, including turning off the Bluetooth functionality, to not avail. What really strikes me as strange is that my friend's computer, a Windows 10 as well, is also having slow speeds.
If it was the network / problems from my Internet provider, then all the other devices would be having low speeds too.
It it was just my computer, then my friend wouldn't be having these issues.
What can be causing Windows 10 to navigate at such slow speeds?
