Hi, I am running a windows surface 3 laptop (spec as below) every week or two the wifi connection seems to be throttled with a ping speed of 100's ms, download speed of 4/5 mbps, upload speed of 1 mbps. No other device on the network is affected and restarting the laptop, disabling / re-enabling the network adaptor device does not fix the problem.The only way I have found to fix this is to reset the router then I get a ping speed around 10 ms, download speed of 65 mbps and upload speed of around 20 mbps.
