Windows 11 SMB share inaccessible from local network

I have an SMB share (just shared through the Properties of the folder) on Windows 11. Recently I have been unable to access the share from both linux and Windows 10. I have verified Windows Defender has the rules enabled for NetBIOS and SMB. All devices are on the same subnet so there should not be an issue at the router. A wireshark grab on the client when trying to connect shows TCP re-transmissions, and the event viewer on the client shows:Error: {Device Timeout}The specified I/O operation on %hs was not completed before the t
