Windows 11 SMB upload causes 100% CPU usage

When I upload a large file (>2GB) to the smb server, cpu will immediately go to 100%. When I check Details tag in taskmgr everything looks normal. dwm, explorer, system interrupts are all ~1% and system idle process is 94~95. I'm using i7-14700kf and 64GB RAM@6400. Windows version 22631.4037
