Windows 11 Snap layout on hover is not appearing

I am having this exact issue: Redirecting snap layout option box doe snot appear when I hover over the maximize or minimize.I tired:- PC and explorer restart - turning the snap options off and on again in the multitasking settings- different screen resolutions (should not matter because it worked. Just one day, the hover stopped working)- I inspected for third party software, but no changes were made - all windows updates installed- sfc/ scannow shows no corrupt files tha
