Windows 10 Snip and Sketch no longer working

Snip and Sketch has all of a sudden stopped working correctly. When I open the app, it takes me to the Microsoft store (win + Shift + snip doesn't work either). I have reset, uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. Is this a known issue? Any way to correct?
