snip anything with snipping toolgoes into edit modedraw anything using the red pen toolright click on the snipped imagesnipping tool froze (right click option doesnt come up, window cant be moved, red pen tool still working though)nothing can be done to unfreeze it (had to end process in task mgr)---could not find any related solutions on the internet, and it wasnt like this before, so i started checking around some recent apps i've got running. finally phone link was the culprit. if phone link isn't running, snipping tool works just fine :/hoping a patch will come soon
