Windows 11 Snipping Tool not Working properly on Windows 11

When I make a snip, there's no preview pane, no option to copy or paste or save the snip. It's like nothing happens. Like app doesn't register or recognize the snip. I changed the setting to let it always run in the background, but still nothing.
