Windows 11 Snipping Tool not working

The Snipping Tool is not working. I tried everything, from resetting it to uninstalling and reinstalling it. When I manually open it or use the shortcut, only the loading icon appears around the cursor, and nothing happens. In Task Manager, it shows that it's running in the background, but I can't use it.
