I think File,..Storage rather than Windows Settings for this.
w10 Dell Inspiron PC
I had several windows open. I clicked the Sticky Icon in the tray. It came up fine. I put my cursor on it to scroll and it disappeared. Icon only brings up NEW empty.
APPS and FEATURES Sticky -Repair -restart - nothing.
Opened .snt file and it is full of data. I had an old back up and swapped them out, anyway. restart - Nothing.
Even copied Plum.sqlite and replaced with it with itself. restart - nothing I do not know this stuff I have been following several 'help' pages. Saw some Shell ideas and stayed away.
All I know is the .snt file is not empty..data is not lost. And even when a year old copy is put in W10 _refuses_ to access it!
I then tried this: Dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool

The DISM log file can be found at C:\WINDOWS\Logs\DISM\dism.log

I went to the log and saved it but it will not copy/upload/attach here. Here is part of the first 2019-09-26. from here there seems to be a yard of info to the bottom]

Please let me know how I can attach the whole log file, plus any info as to how to retrieve the not lost info.
