Windows 11 So couple of days my windows 11 is having a problem after an 23h update

the problems i am facing is 1) start button not working2) search box not working 3) windows defender crashing 4) some application crashing like WhatsApp and Microsoft store5)in Bluetooth add device button not working .TO solve this i contacted support and reinstalled windows 3 times and done some commands like sfc scannow and all dsim commands and done everything i can and it did not solve the problem still stuck i am using run and cmd to open software and this is miserable .And i have all the problem report by reliability monitor in xml file i don't know how i upload hereplease help me.
